Delivery Options Overview
Order the product and select the delivery method

The order will be delivered to the customer’s location depending on the possibility and clarity of the address provided by the customer, or the order will be picked up from the nearest branch of the shipping company we deal with.
Cash on Delivery

The cash on delivery service is available for all Libyan cities that we can ship to, and Miro has the right to add or cancel cities at any time it determines, and the customer will be contacted before shipping the order, and in the event that you are unable to receive the order for any reason, you can contact us via the Facebook page or through our numbers, and in case you do not want to receive it after 24 hours, we apologize for that, and we will stop sending your next order until after the transfer, then you can use the cash on delivery service.
Order confirmation

Upon receipt of your order, an email will be sent to your email address. We will start preparing your order, and from here your order cannot be changed. If you wish to change your order, please contact customer service to cancel your order, then place a new order.
How long it takes for your order to be processed and arrive

Order processing and arrival usually takes a few hours to 5 working days (depending on the customer’s city) excluding public holidays and weekends, and if you don’t receive the shipment 6 days after order confirmation, you can contact us via our Facebook page or on our numbers.
