This hut was implemented in the city of Khoms, where we chose the finest types of exterior wood of the Pino type and a thickness of 5 cm because this hut is only 10 meters away, as wood is the most natural material suitable for areas overlooking the sea due to its longevity and resistance to moisture and salts compared to traditional concrete.

The area of the cottage is 13 meters * 9 meters and it is a large addition with an integrated outdoor kitchen and an outdoor bathroom, the interior walls were implemented from 3 cm pino wood for good sound and heat insulation, however, the walls and ceiling were filled with high-density polystyrene heat insulation and rock wool to make the heat, sound and moisture insulation rate about 95%.

The cottage is equipped with a central air conditioning system, a fully buried power grid, and large panoramic aluminum doors.
